Q. Does anyone smoke in your facility?

Absolutely not. We have a strict non-smoking policy and no one is allowed to smoke in or around the facility.
Q. Do you accept state vouchers for payment?

Yes, we accept Maryland State Vouchers.

Q. Are you licensed and accredited?

Yes, We are a State approved facility for children ages two to five years.
Q. Do you offer school pick-up & drop-off transportation services?

School pick-up and drop-off transportation services are not provided.
Q. Do you have an outdoor playground?

We have a very large fenced outdoor area with a playground that is shaded by big beautiful trees. The playground offers slides, a monkey bar, and outdoor toys.
Q. What is your policy for handling falls or incidents?

If a child is injured, our injury policy reflects that a parent is notified as early as possible. We are certified to provide basic first-aid measures including applying ice to bumps or washing open cuts with soap and water and applying bandages. Our ARN Staff is First Aid CPR certified and has Medication Administration Training.
Q. What happens if my child becomes sick at daycare?

We understand that every child can get sick and this type of situation is beyond the parents' control. If a child becomes ill, we will make him or her as comfortable as we can until the parent is contacted and is able to pick up the child.
