When you sign up with FACTS, you have an option to choose either a monthly plan or to pay the entire academic fee upfront.
After registering, FACTS will generate an agreement plan via email. This agreement plan will indicate your payment schedule for the academic year. Your account will be debited accordingly.
NOTE: After a failed attempt to debit your account, FACTS will make a second attempt 7-8 days later. If that fails, the last attempt will be made 7-8 days later.
Please keep in mind, monthly payments are due by the 10th of the month. There is a late fee of $25, and a $30 fee for failed payments.
You need to add a student to your existing FACTS profile.
You need to change your payment plan.
You need to update the date on which your account is debited.
You have a question about a particular charge on your account.
Any changes in your account should be emailed directly to the billing office ([email protected]), at least five business days before your account is debited.
