Families interested in enrolling their child are invited to complete our Admissions Interest Form.

ARN Admission Interest Form

As part of the form, you will have the opportunity to schedule a tour of our nursery. A tour is the first step in our admissions process. It gives your family the chance to visit our facility, meet our staff, learn about our programs, and see firsthand what makes Al Rahmah Nursery a nurturing environment for young learners.

We offer tours Mon through Thu between 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., but please schedule in advance!

 

Al-Rahmah Nursery is a 12-month program, and we accept new enrollments year-round as space becomes available. While many families begin at the start of the school year, children may enroll at any time during the year, subject to availability within their age group and desired schedule.

 

After your tour, our admissions team will follow up regarding current availability and the next steps in the enrollment process. If a space is not immediately available, we will keep your information on file and contact you when an opening becomes available.

Complete our Interest Form to join the waitlist for enrollment.

Step 2

Schedule a Tour

Visit our nursery, meet our team, and learn more about our program during a scheduled tour.

Step 3

Complete Registration Forms

While you’re on the waitlist, download and complete the required registration forms so they’re ready when a space becomes available.

Step 4

Interview & Acceptance

When an opening becomes available, we’ll contact you to schedule an interview with your child. If your child is accepted, you’ll receive instructions to complete enrollment.

Step 5

Complete Enrollment in Brightwheel

After acceptance, you’ll receive an invitation to complete your enrollment in Brightwheel. You’ll:

  • Complete the online enrollment application.
  • Upload your completed registration forms.
  • Pay the registration fee.

Step 6

Brightwheel for Ongoing Communication & Billing

Once enrolled, Brightwheel becomes your family’s primary portal. Through Brightwheel you can:

  • Receive all nursery announcements and messages.
  • View and pay tuition and other invoices.
  • Check your child in and out each day.
  • Access important information and updates.

Already Applied Through FACTS?

FACTS Enrollment System

If you previously completed your application through our former FACTS enrollment system, no further action is required. Your child is already on our waiting list, and we will contact you as soon as a space becomes available to schedule the next steps in the enrollment process.
